Who We Are

We’re a team of exceptionally experienced award entry writers.

With more than 20 years’ experience of writing successful business award entries for small and large organisations, we know what’s needed to get your award entry over the line.

Our award writers are part of Proof Communications’ in-house team of B2B writers, editors and proofreaders. Our team includes tender writers, proposal writers, copywriters for capability statements, website copy, blogs and articles, and copy editors and proofreaders.

Rosemary Gillespie

Director

Rosemary is responsible for overseeing projects and quality control, supporting staff, nurturing client relationships, and directing all business administration.

Rosemary began her writing career while working at the BBC in London. Yet it was a few years later, when she was working in business development for a large European business, that she discovered her eye for detail that marks out her abilities as an exceptional writer, editor and proofreader.

Rosemary made the move to Australia, founding Proof Communications in 2000 after working for global consulting business KPMG and later top tier law firm Allens Linklaters as their tenders manager.

Glynis Skepper

Senior Consultant

Glynis truly loves to see our clients win their awards. She spends much time talking with clients, drawing out vital information from them to make their award submissions a winner.

Kelly’s passion for writing developed during her time at Fairfax Media, where she was responsible for producing communications for The Sydney Morning Herald and The Sun Herald to an exceptionally high standard.

Jasmine Hanna

Consultant

Jasmine is an experienced award entry writer with a background in journalism. She brings demonstrated versatility, able to write successful award entries for clients from a wide range of industries.

She writes creative, engaging content. She is highly skilled at sympathetically drawing out information during interviews and reliably meets briefs and deadlines.

During her career she has written content for organisations in many industries, including property, construction, finance, manufacturing, hospitality and travel.

Chrissy Crust

Chrissy is our General Manager. She looks after clients’ projects, ensuring that all timeframes are met and projects are delivered to our ISO 9001 Quality Management System standard.

Chrissy has enjoyed a long and successful career making a demonstrable difference to a variety of businesses. Working in both profit and not for profit sectors, she has extensive experience in the corporate, retail, hospitality, tourism and real estate industries, and the community sector.
